Petits Pains

Made with French flour for a delicious boulangerie flavour and light crispy crust.

Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Fermented Wheat Flour, Malted Wheat Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (Vitamin C).

For allergens, including cereals containing Gluten, see highlighted ingredients. May contain Sesame seeds and Milk.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until the best before date shown on the front of the pack. Once opened bake immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200˚C (Gas Mark 6) and remove from packaging. Sprinkle lightly with water and bake directly on the oven shelf for approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy.

Our petits pains can be baked from frozen by adding 1-2 minutes to the baking times above.
