Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Sourdough (19%) (Water, Rye Flour, Malted Wheat Flour, Starter Culture, Yeast), Water, Rye Flour, Multiseed Mix (4%) [Sunflower Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Brown Linseed, Sesame Seeds], Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Sorbic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (Vitamin C).

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within best before date shown on bag closure. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Once thawed, do not refreeze. 

Heating Instructions

For best results, toast on a medium heat.
